Just so you know, we also have an Engineering Training Programme - you need A levels to be on this programme, but this is to be an engineering supervisor. You learn all about the engineering but also the leadership and soft skills you need to manage a team of engineers. Some of these are office based and others are field based over three of our engineering departments.
