Our new programme is designed to help young people, like you, kick-start their career. You could go from being an apprentice to a shift leader after just 12 months.

With our Retail Apprenticeship, you’ll develop great new skills and build your confidence. You’ll learn about all areas of retail and get hands-on experience within a supportive and friendly team.

Here are some numbers you’ll like:

• £22,501.44 – this is the minimum you’ll earn for 36 hours a week.
• Get 20 days of holiday pro rata, plus a personal day and bank holidays – going up to 22 days after 12 months.
• 0 qualifications or experience needed to start.
• Get a Level 2 National Standard in Retail under your belt, after you complete the programme. That’s equal to 5 GCSE passes.
