How do I create an account?

Click here and follow the registration steps. Be sure to complete your profile with as much detail as possible to receive personalised recommendations and make the most of your account.
How do I ask a question?

First, go to our Ask an Apprentice page. Select the industry relevant to your question, then click the 'Ask a question' button (you’ll be prompted to log in if you haven’t already). If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. After logging in, provide a title, description, and relevant tags for your question to help others find it more easily. Once submitted, your question will need to be approved by our team. You’ll receive an email once your post goes live.
What should I do if I encounter inappropriate content?

If you come across inappropriate content, click the three dots at the top right of the comment and select the "Report" option, choosing a reason for reporting. Our team will review it and take appropriate action if necessary.
Can I contact other members privately?

No. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we only allow public interactions on the platform.
How long does it take for my question to be approved?

We aim to review and approve questions within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive an email notification, and your question will be visible to the community.
What if I don’t get an answer to my question?

While we encourage our mentors to answer as many questions as possible, some may go unanswered due to volume. We recommend adding clear tags and details to your question to increase visibility. You can also try rephrasing and reposting after some time.
