what d you hate about your job

I'm not sure I'd say I hate it but I like to get things done and we have to go through a lot of approvals to do anything which can be frustrating

How did you get your job?

My first rail job was advertised at my university careers service. For my current job I just saw the advertisement on the HS2 website and applied.

I found the roles by looking at the employer websites for vacancies. Joining specialist mailing lists can highlight good opportunities which may suit you.

A bit about myself… I studied Telecommunications Engineering in my native Spain before moving to England. I continued my studies in England completing an MSc in Computing Science. I joined a big telecoms company after that, and a couple of years later I joined Network Rail.

did you move away from your friends and family? if so was it hard for you?
