Expanding the Success at School network

1. If you don’t already have an account on the website, please register. You can do this by clicking the Register button at the top right of the website, and following the steps. Don’t forget to check your inbox for our confirmation email. For more detailed instruction, please click here.
2. Get your students to sign up. Share the link below with students so they can register:
   https://successatschool.org/student/signup
   Alternatively, they can click the Register button at the top right of the website, select Student and then follow the steps. N.B. Once students sign up, you will be able to view their records from your account.
   Send Email Template 1 below to your students.
3. Make sure colleagues at your school/college are signed up. Invite any colleagues who aren’t already signed up to register to the site. Use Email Template 2 below.
4. Invite friends and colleagues at other schools/colleges to register. Use Email Template 2 below and send it to colleagues at 5 other schools/colleges. Please add Attachment 1 to your emails, a PDF which provides some background about Success at School and some basic information about how to use it.

Once you’ve filled in the form, please check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link inside it.

With your account, you’ll be able to:

• Log your grades and calculate UCAS points
• Record details about your work experience placement
• Keep track of the employability skills you are developing
• Save favourite articles

Once you’ve signed up, Success at School will send you a series of emails explaining how to do this.

Email Template 2 - For friends/colleagues at other schools and colleges

Hi

I wondered if you'd heard of a website called Success at School. It's a careers site aimed at secondary students which uses articles, interviews, videos and infographics to deliver guidance and advice.

If you sign up, you'll get careers advice and jobs opportunities sent straight to your email address. You can also view students registered at your school. Attached is some information from Success at School which explains a bit more about who they are, what they do and how you and your students can use the site.
