How to Ask a Question or Request Help

Here's how to do it

You need a free website account to post in our forum. See below for instructions on how to set up an account.

To post a question:

1. Go to our feedback page.
2. Click the red Add Topic button.
3. Add a title for your question and text in the relevant boxes.
4. Select your region from the region drop-down list.
5. Choose a Career Zone if relevant.
6. Hit Submit.
7. You'll get an email when someone replies.

To sign up

1. Click Register at the top right.
2. Select what kind of user you are from the list eg Teacher/Career Advisor, Student, Employer etc.
3. Complete the form and click Register.
4. Check your inbox for our verification email.
5. Click the link to confirm your email address. This is very important, or your account won't be set up properly.
6. Finish off the form and click Submit.
