In the UK, our apprenticeship programmes last 3 - 4 years and combine college or university studies with practical training.

Together these programmes provide a clear route for progression and applicants can choose between different entry options according to their level of educational achievement and abilities.

Internship

To stay on top, Airbus recognises the importance of supporting high-achieving and talented undergraduates. We do this through offering challenging internship opportunities during which your skills and potential are fully maximised.

Our UK internships generally last 6 to 12 months and are designed so that you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice and gain crucial industry experience. The skills and knowledge you gain will improve your chances of being accepted for a future role within Airbus.

Graduate

Our UK Graduate Programme provides exceptional graduates the opportunity to master managerial and technical skills. Over the two year period it combines rotational placements with focused training and the possibility of European assignments as well as further personal development and the chance to build your professional network. The Graduate Programme is not just for engineers; we are also seeking graduates for other roles in Finance, Human Resources, IT, Project Management and Procurement.
