Hi Mustafa,One of the best ways to stand out when applying for apprenticeships is to do a lot of research about the company [link removed] values, conduct and culture. Try to align the companies values with your own personal values [link removed] If you find a company donates a lot of money into DE&I initiatives (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), you can explain why you wanted to work for that specific company and how this philanthropy aligns with your own personal [link removed]'s important to know what’s happening in the market, because you may be asked about current Market news/trends - you can do this by getting a Financial Times or The Economist [link removed];Improving your interpersonal skills is really important in preparing for the interview process, because throughout this process you will be communicating with lots of different people, whether that is with peers in the assessment centre, hiring managers in interviews or networking with current employees. In an assessment centre you will need to be able to collaborate and work well alongside other applicants, and in an interview, you will want to communicate confidently and effectively with the hiring [link removed]; Even when you gain your apprenticeship, you will be constantly communicating with colleagues, managers etc so improving your interpersonal skills will really help you in the process! Good luck!
