Hi RugwaMak07In order for me to maintain my mental health it’s vital to take regular breaks and set boundaries for myself. I won’t lie and say it’s easy as it’s not easy balancing a highly demanding job with equally as challenging studies but I try to ensure I don’t work/study too late so I can have an adequate rest and I also ensure I spread out my annual leave across the year so I can have time to reset!Maintaining a social life and connections outside of work is also very important as it helps you to maintain the balance and not get too overwhelmed! We also have support structures and resources in place to help you if you ever did feel overwhelmed so you are not alone! I’m sure this same across most firms now too!Hope this was useful!Courtney | Level 7 audit apprentice

It’s all about finding that balance and making time for things that bring me joy and [link removed] hope this helps!
