It was definitely a full-on process. I started with an online application, then did a competency test, which was all about problem-solving and decision-making. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre where we did group tasks and a case study — it was intense but actually quite fun once I got into it. The final step was an interview with senior team members, where we talked about why I wanted the role, my skills, and how I could fit into the team. It was challenging, but I came out of it feeling like I’d learned a lot and grown in confidence.

Sade's process within our company is the more updated procedure however for me, I had to do a telephone interview talking about my experience and why I chose to work for the company. Then there was the assessment centre which involved a group task and a presentation at the end. Finally, it was the in-person interview which covered more into my experience, what I can offer the company, why I would be a good fit as well as how good my knowledge of the real estate market was at the time.
