Hi,Yes you may need to adjust the cover letter for each company. This is because it is a letter addressed to a specific company and role and it is important to show your passion for this company through the letter and really try to engage with the recruiter. A CV however can remain the same as long as the industry you are applying to is the same. For example, if you are applying to engineering, it is important to tailor your CV to the engineering industry.
