Hi,Thank you for your message. As it is your first year in sicth form, it is very important in building work experience and extra curricular activities when applying for an apprenticeship as that is what makes you stand out. If you are able to combine your experiences with the skills you gained and tell that story in an engaging way, you will be able to stand out to the recruiter as they are looking for someone who has experience and skills such as team work, leadership, organisation, problem solving etc as it is so important when you are in your apprenticeship. Year 12 is all about building your experiences and showing your passion for the career you desire.
