Use it as a way to build confidence. Having a lot of different examples and anecdotes of you displaying key skills such as teamwork, creativity, leadership, communication and problem solving will be [link removed] that it is okay to be nervous, the interviewer is human too and understands [link removed] the STAR method (Google this- Situation, Task, Action and Result) to help you answer your interview [link removed] Describe the situation (Who, What, Where, Why, When)Task- What did you need to accomplish?Action- How did you accomplish the task? What was your plan? What factors did you consider?Result- What was the outcome? Were you successful? What would you do differently next time? How did you measure success for this situation?-Most importantly, be yourself!
