The number of apprentices accepted vary depending on the company and how many positions they have available but don't feel anxious about that number and have confidence in [link removed] are my interview tips:-Research everything about the company and the course and show your passion for the company and the [link removed] a positive mindset from the beginning to the end of your interview, don't feel scared by the interviewer's reactions or facial expressions as this is not an indication of what they think about [link removed] plenty of time to soak in the question you have been asked and answer it in a calm, fluent and confident [link removed] through all the past relevant experiences you have had prior to applying and use them in your [link removed] example interview questions by getting a friend or family member to test you. Use it as a way to build confidence. Having a lot of different examples and anecdotes of you displaying key skills such as teamwork, creativity, leadership, communication and problem solving will be [link removed] that it is okay to be nervous, the interviewer is human too and understands [link removed] the STAR method (Google this- Situation, Task, Action and Result) to help you answer your interview [link removed] Describe the situation (Who, What, Where, Why, When)Task- What did you need to accomplish?Action- How did you accomplish the task? What was your plan? What factors did you consider?Result- What was the outcome? Were you successful? What would you do differently next time? How did you measure success for this situation?-Most importantly, be yourself!
