During the application, how can I sell myself in the wordy questions about why I'm fit for the role?

Watch Topic

Many companies have questions like 'what makes you suitable for this role? 400 characters max'

w#What tips do you have to sell my self effectively with the character limit?

Hi Omer, In these questions, the best way to answer these questions would be mentioning anything you have done that is relevant to what you are apply for. This could be any specific work experience, what sparked your interest into this career ( this can be as personal as you want), any volunteer work where you have learnt transferable skills the role consists of. You could mention if you are a practical/ visual learner and this role is a great way for you to explore your thinking/logical skills. Research the company projects you find interesting and you could mention you intrigue about it. Also research the company values and talk about how they may align with your own for example integrity or having a supportive work environment. Hope this helps, Abi
