There are lots of resources available online, but the main preparations should be narrowing down why it is you want to work for that particular firm or pursue that particular career. The assessment centres vary but most focus on maths and English skills, team working and an individual element. If you are struggling to keep up with the volume of applications, try and detail key points about yourself and your experiences in a general word document and draw on this for each application.
