Hi BNG, In my apprenticeship application, I emphasised the importance of being authentic and true to myself. I believe that showcasing my genuine personality not only reflected who I am but also built trust with potential employers. Additionally, I highlighted my eagerness to learn and grow, which I know is highly valued by employers. They appreciate candidates who demonstrate a willingness to embrace challenges and adapt. I also recognize that employers evaluate each applicant individually, considering unique strengths and experiences, and I aimed to convey what makes me a strong fit for the role and how I aligned with the company’s values. Work experience is not necessary when applying for an apprenticeship as employers will not expect you to have experience in the field you are applying to but it can help you to stand out if you do have it. Best of luck, Courtney | Level 7 Audit Apprentice | 3rd Year
