Balancing work with your studies can be challenging. Firms and Universities will do their best to ensure that your workloads are manageable but sometimes it can be the nature of the job that you'll need to work slightly longer hours and sometimes that might coincide with a particularly heavy reading week, or an assignment deadline. The crucial thing though is that you communicate your capacity clearly to your team and, where necessary, set stricter boundaries with your working hours to ensure you are protecting your study time
