Coaching and Mentoring

Hi,

I would like to engage with more employers who are willing to support our students over the course of 1,2 or 3 academic years in the form of coaching and mentoring. Location can be difficult for us as we are in rural Suffolk. Ideally, I would like employer support for approx. 30 mins every 6 weeks (once every half term) and would identify potential NEET (Not in education, employment or training) and/or students who lack aspirations. I would also need to set up induction training so the mentors and DBS checks.

Any help and advice would be welcome.

Hi - have you been in touch with your Enterprise Advisor about this? This is something they could look to facilitate too.

Hi, I'm already working with my EA and local Chamber of Commerce. Any examples of good practice would be useful.
