Interview Questions

Hello! Any questions that show a candidate has a real passion and enthusiasm for the role/industry are positive, it's good if a candidate can come pre-prepared but it's extra impressive when a candidate links a question back to something the interviewer said, or if the answer to a question sparks off another question - this shows the candidate is really engaged in what the employer is saying. I would always highly recommend not walking away having asked no questions as that's always a bit underwhelming and more than likely won't leave the lasting impression the candidate was hoping for.
