Apprenticeships, including degree apprenticeships.
How many apprenticeships applicants get through to the assessment centre - and what the assessment involves.
What Rolls-Royce (actually) make, the size of the company and where their sites are.

yes we are recruiting for over 370 apprenticeship starts for Sep18 in the UK. At any one time we have well over 600 apprentices on programme.

over 50% of our apprenticeships are post A level degree apprenticeships - we pay you as an employee, you learn and get qualified and we pay you to go to uni too :)

we are looking for young people who achieve B's and C's not A* but are A* in terms of their attitude, passion readiness for work

well first - if you don't give it a go you wont be successful. we expect to get 5000 applications - 600 or so will get through to an half day assessment centre - excellent learning experience in itself

word of advice for those who are looking to apply - be yourself, be confident and prepare. Those who prepare will know we don't make cars any more :)

assessment includes a group exercise and face to face interviews

stage 1 you apply / written input, stage 2 you have 10 days for on line assessments (and a site to practice on), stage 3 assessment centre and stage 4 - within 48 hours we let you know outcome
