What happens after I finish the Apprenticeship?

Hello,

My name is Roland Stasiak, I am currently in Year 11. I am very interested in your Apprenitceship course. I have people telling me that I need to do A-level in order to go to University. However, is it possible for Rolls-Royce to get me into University? If yes, then will they fund my University course?

hi Roland, it sounds like you would wish to take a degree apprenticeship. Here you complete your A-levels at school and college and during year 12/13 apply for a degree apprenticeship in your preferred discipline. In a degree apprenticeship we (and other employers) then fund you through your Bachelors degree at University as well as provide on the job training and development - you earn and learn (including university)
