It was recently on the radio that the 2 questions people find most awkward are "What are your weaknesses?" and "Why should I choose you?". I think it is important that students practice their answers to these questions.

I think it is difficult to define the top 5 questions as questions are designed to get to know the individual applying and the role they are applying for, so would be more tailored. The main things we would look for are motivation, understanding of the role, our firm and values and how someone could use their current skills or understand what skills they might need for the role. Our questions tend to be around our CLEARR values, as we look for cultural fit. We also look for the potential in those we meet and passion for the industry they are applying for.
