Hi Angela,Thank you for your question. The competitiveness of the placements depends on the company and how many people apply as well as how many spaces are on offer, do not worry about this as statistics are simply there to scare you, have confidence in your own [link removed] regard to what you can do to be a competitive candidate, I would recommend finding work experience related to supply chain management so you can build skills and experience and it also shows to the recruiter that you are passionate about this role. However, if you are unable to get work experience in supply chain specifically, then any work experience that allows you to build necessary workplace skills are fine. These skills include and are not restricted to: leadership, collaboration, communication, problem solving, teamwork, independence, time management, organisation etc. Having examples of each of these skills is vital to successfully getting into an apprenticeship. I've not seen any that require As but it may be worth researching as the academic requirements are specific to the training provider and [link removed] hope that was useful and I am more than happy to respond to any follow up questions you [link removed]
