How to approach assessments for apprenticeships?

I am not sure but I think the main reason I get rejected by applications is because of the assessments. I find it hard to prepare and I'm not sure how to do better on questions that ask about application eg scenario questions.

Hi, It‘s really difficult to advise on how to approach scenario questions because each of them differ from application to application. Could you please provide me with an example? I can then be able to tell you how I would approach it and what I believe organisations are looking for.
