How can we increase our employability through confidence, maturity and independence practically?

Hi,In my case, I have always been really eager to learn new things. In my opinion, if you are able to display confidence, curiosity, and eagerness to work with others and learn from them, I think it will help you a lot during interviews and the selection [link removed] terms of experience, any work experience in financial organisations, or in roles of a financial nature will amplify your employability. However, any customer facing experience is also highly regarded by employers since this is an entry level role.

Hi Ethan,I think growing my communication and interpersonal skills was one of the most essential, because I had to communicate effectively throughout the application process. For example, I had to communicate with others in the assessment centre problem-solving in a group with other applicants. I also had to communicate effectively and confidently when being interviewed by hiring [link removed] think undertaking work experience in the financial sector is useful because it shows the company that you are serious about Finance, and have made an effort by gaining some work experience in banking.  It will also give you a bit more confidence that finance is the path for you! I personally didn’t undertake any financial work experience, but I did take a working gap year after my A-levels where I had work experience in the retail and hospitality sector. I think this made me more confident that I was ready for the working world!Have you undertaken any financial work experience yet?
