I'm hoping to be able to get some tips on interviews, on how to stand out out from the rest of my peers. Thank you.

Interview tips that helped me was definitely the STAR method it’s such a simple format to use that once you have enough practice it comes naturally to you. I would also recommend that you have a few examples of different experiences and learnings that you can bring up in the interview to. In terms of standing out from peers in an interview defiantly showcase your personality and uniqueness. Companies aren’t always looking for the loudest in the room or robotic personality!Stay relaxed (easier said than done I know) but take your time to process the questions and formulate answers if you rush it can lead to you [link removed] an interview like a conversation and don’t be afraid to be personal. It brings a human element to the interview (speaking about hobbies, travels and interests etc) and makes you more memorable. Ask insightful questions at the end that show you have been engaged throughout and try to ask unique questions.
