In a poll we are running on the site over 75% of young people that voted would consider a degree apprenticeship or want to know more - so great question.

Thales offers degree apprenticeships, please see our link [link removed] for roles and entry qualifications.
The application process is as follows:
Complete an online application, once shortlisted they are invited to an assessment centre which involves an interview, a group and written activity and the opportunity to talk to staff within the business. If the person is successful then they will receive a formal offer to start with us in September each year.
