I want to become an engineer

I want to become an aerospace engineer and I have scoured the internet for information but I can't find any work experience near me. Also, as I am only 15, I would need it to fit my very busy schedule and be want my mum would find acceptable. Please can you give me some ideas on what to do about it?

I am in year 10 and my school does not provide work experience opportunities for us.
