Hello @Tristinhuq. Careers in psychology require a degree. Many psychologists also end up pursuing postgraduate qualifications.

An apprenticeship standard is in development for the role "psychological wellbeing practitioner" - this apprenticeships is still being developed and isn't being offered by employers yet. You can find more info on Skills for Health and the Institute for Apprenticeships websites by googling "psychological wellbeing practitioner".
