Adjustment for Autistic Students

Hi, at TransPennine Express we strive to offer equal opportunities for all and I would encourage interested individuals to apply regardless of their physical, psychological or developmental needs. The Railway is a highly regulated industry with lots of standards, particularly relating to what we term Safety Critical roles such as Drivers and Conductors. All successful applicants are subject to a new entrant medical and the depth of this medical depends on the safety requirements of the role. None safety critical roles just require a drugs and alcohol test and a questionnaire to be reviewed by Occupational Health providers to identify any adjustments or support needs. Hope this helps.
