I'm really struggling to find work experience related to healthcare and medicine, but I have got skills such as leadership, discipline and teamwork. What role would I be best suited to in your company, and how could I communicate these effectively?

Leadership, discipline and teamwork are core, transferrable skills/values that are essential in any role you step into, so its great that you have started developing those 🙂Because they are fundamental to most roles and careers, I would say that those three qualities alone do not point to any particular role. If you feel unsure about going into specific fields such as accounting, engineering, I would say project management degree apprenticeships are a great way to use those skills you mentioned, without limiting your options in the [link removed] terms of demonstrating these skills to an employer, I would start by showing these on your CV. However, interviews are the part of a recruitment process that will really allow you to go into details of some examples you have. Many people use the STAR technique!
