Hi there,Thanks for the question. My advice to you on how to make your application stand out is to really show who you are as a person. The first stage of applying for a job is a check whether you have the right qualifications, so that is an important first step, but once you get past that stage it's all about showing who you are and why you are right for the role. We like to know about all of the activities you are part of outside of school/work, do you volunteer, attend Scouting, completed your Duke of Edinburgh award. Anything that shows more about you are a whole person. We really look for passion and motivation as part of the interview process too. You need to show that you are passionate for working at the company, doing the role and specifically in that area of study too. The other recommendation is to try and gain some work experience, even if it is online or some online courses that you have completed.
