How do I make an exiting CV that stands out

My CV is fairly boring even though I've done some good experience beforehand. How do I present it so it looks visually appling to the employer?

f your CV feels boring despite strong experience, the key is to improve how it’s presented rather than over‑designing it. Use a clean, well‑structured layout with clear headings, consistent spacing and a professional font, so it’s easy to scan quickly. Replace long descriptions with concise bullet points that start with strong action verbs and focus on impact, skills and responsibility rather than just duties. Add a short profile at the top to immediately show who you are and what you offer, group your skills into clear categories, and use subtle formatting like bold headings or light emphasis to guide the reader’s eye. A CV that is clear, well‑spaced and focused on achievements will look far more visually appealing to employers than one filled with colours or graphics.
