What type of academic and other support is offered for those taking a degree apprenticeship if they are struggling?

Hey, thank you for your question! Theres a range of academic support from universities/training providers. You will have a tutor who takes you through the content, who is contactable to answer any questions you may have. They usually also have a website where you had in your work, on this platform there is usually a 'contact a tutor' page where you can reach out to other tutors (this depends on your uni/training provider). When doing an apprenticeship, there is also support from colleagues at work who have done similar studies and have a wealth of knowledge. There is also the wider apprentice community - so not only the friends you make on the scheme at work, but you tend to meet other apprentices through networking events or LinkedIn. Most apprentices have signed up to be part of the 'association of apprentices' who host networking events and provides a platform to reach out to [link removed] support:We have our line managers at work, who can support on work-related or other matters that you feel comfortable sharing. At eon, we have also been assigned mentors who are specific to the field that we're in. We also have calls every 12 weeks with our 'talent coach' who facilitates learning and development.
