I personally knew that the traditional university route wasn’t for me and so I tried to tailor my work experience and studies to fit the role of a solicitor apprentice as much as possible. I began my apprenticeship at a local, high street firm before transferring to a larger firm that focuses on civil [link removed] have always had a passion for law and enjoyed similar subjects in school. Being able to apply these directly at work and with my uni work has helped drive that passion further, especially being surrounded by like-minded professionals.
