As a Y12 student what can I do to enhance my application? What would you say to your Y12 self to prepare for the application process if you had to do it again? Thanks

I think as well in in terms of preparation, you're in a unique position in year 12, especially if you want to go into an apprenticeship where you can start early, start your preparation early, learn how you're going to research a firm, learn all of these things now that you have the time to do [link removed] then speak to someone more senior and say these are the things that I think are are important to know about a firm. Build up sort of maybe an ideal firm profile that you'd like to know put it onto a [link removed] with it over the next year and then when you actually get to it in year 13, you've got a template of all the things you're going to search for every single firm you want to apply to. And then you'll you'll make that process of 1 doing your A levels at the same time, which I know would be very difficult But then when you're actually going to do applications, you've actually got something solidified where you can look at and not just, start trying to pull things in from a bunch of different branches. So I think just get yourself organised and prepared for now, trial and error, different things that may or may not work. And then I think when you get to the real thing in year 13, you'll be above what most other people will be at.
