I'd say it can probably vary depending on what stage you're applying. I think when you're applying for a training contract, it's probably different to applying for an apprenticeship, purely based on the fact that at the apprenticeship level, let's say at 18, there's a lot less to be judged [link removed] would say what would be the same for both situations is how can you show, particularly in your like extracurricular activities, sort of skills that someone within the role would require. So whether that's teamwork, communication and communication is quite a big one, but within your extracurriculars how can you demonstrate that you have those skills or you've developed those skills? But most importantly, how can you show within your CV and make sure that you're presenting these skills to them on the forefront so they can understand that you know those skills are important and you also want to display them because because they think they'll give you a better chance to do well. So I think it's just making sure every single part of your CV always can be can be viewed and they can see the knowledge or skills or some sort of competency that they're looking for and rather than just putting it on on the piece of paper for the sake of it being there.
