We're seeing impacts from AI across the whole of the company, but the main areas of impact are across our Digital Technologies teams, where they are seeing how AI can really support us in driving efficiencies across the whole of [link removed] Many colleagues are also looking to use AI to help support them in their day-to-day role, for example to transcript meeting notes or to support with communication writing too.
