Hi there,Thanks for the question. To apply for our roles we ask candidates to submit a CV or personal statement, as well as a covering letter and also to confirm their achieved or predicted grades and their right to work in the UK. Once these have been checked, candidates who meet the requirements in terms of grades and right to work in the UK will be passed through to the next stage of the process. Once a candidate has completed the online assessments, we then review the results and their CV against the requirements for the role to see who we invite to the assessment centre stage.
