How do you juggle your work life with your personal life?

thats a rreally good question id also like to know.

for me, I havent found it that hard. I shut my laptop when I finish my day and that's it until tomorrow. Flexible working and being able to work from home helps because you have no commute time and more time to spend with friends and family. And I've made sure I dont put my work emails or anything on my personal phone so I know I wont be bothered by them until im back at work again. sometimes I have to do a bit of studying on the weekends here and there but that's not common and more of me choosing to spread my study out over the weekend rather than do it all on one day.
