Hi there,Good question. For the first few months, you likely won't have any real "expectations", especially regarding performance. Companies don't expect you to immediately understand your role and deliver great work, since this time is for onboarding and getting to grips with your [link removed] they would be looking for is a good work ethic, and an interest in your role, so you would just need to listen well, ask many questions and be proactive.
