Hiya, I knew how I best learnt and the whole idea of studying while working was an instant no brainer for me. I knew that I learnt best by doing and I always knew that I personally saw my value in an apprenticeship than university and was not confident enough to just go straight into work. If you want to know if an apprenticeship is for you, do not make any impulse decisions, do you research and understand what you are getting into and if it helps you get closer to your overall career goals.

I echo prior comments to this in "Doing" always suited me as for me that's how I learn and understand things best and so doing an apprenticeship really aligned with me along with the fact I do get a chance to study too and not completely disregard it. For me there was no doubt that was what I wanted to do though in your case if you are on the fence about it research more into it, reach out to those like me who are already in it for further guidance but also to those who are at University in the field you would like to pursue and gauge what sits well with you and what doesn't from both sides.
