How did you know which apprenticeship to apply for ?

Hey Carmen, Multiple things were factored when choosing the apprenticeships I had to first understand where I wanted to be in the future career wise and how an apprenticeship fits into that. I then looked at the companies I would love to work for in the future and checked if they were offering apprenticeships and I was regularly applying for apprenticeships while ensuring I was reading the Job spec to make sure as I read it, if I could see myself in this role. I did not want to be to strict with myself because at the time I was still open minded to develop my knowledge and skill set.
