Hi there,Good [link removed] - Hands-on experience and learning, salary, potential university degree at the end, gaining soft skills and technical skills, networking and connections, external learning opportunities (like conferences), gaining independence and maturity. There are more but I think those are the biggest, main [link removed] (more so "potential difficulties" in my opinion) - Work/life balance can get tricky, 9-5 life so you only get weekends off work, being in a new, corporate environment as a young adult, workload can be difficult at times, imposter [link removed] think those are the main ones. The recurring theme around what apprentices find difficult is usually the work-related side of things, like feeling overwhelmed or burnt out at times. However, it's important to note that this isn't a guarantee, plus you can always work through these [link removed] my (biased!) opinion, I think the strengths outweigh the negatives, and if you're able to, you should look for apprenticeships first, then fall back on university choices.
