Hey, Very nice question! I would say do not be too hard on yourself, do understand that you are learning and you are not expected to be perfect but you are expected to communicate. What you don't have in skill, you make up for in communication so you can develop the skill in the future. Don't be scared to ask for help or don't be to scared to say "I don't know" it is okay to not know because that is how you learn. If you don't communicate, then it will be assumed you know what you are doing. Always communicate, that is the most valuable lesson, I have learnt.
