what is the work/life balance like

Hi Olivia,The work/life balance varies from company to company as is to be expected, and it will also vary week to week depending on how busy you are at work and with studying. My experience for the past two years has been that there is always time for the things that you enjoy, as well as for seeing friends or family during the week. Colleagues and managers are all in the same boat and so understand when you have commitments outside of work. They are also very understanding about working around your study schedule, so long as you are openly communicating with them.
