Hi, Yes. Yes and Yes again. It is super important to research a company prior to your interview, I would say even before applying and the reason why is because imagine if you were getting married to someone or even just making them your girlfriend/boyfriend and you didn't know anything about them, you did not have a clue about there values or goals, that could cause a clash later on down the line. Likewise with a company it is good to know a company and the values they hold so you are not surprised later on down the line. That's for you!Now for the company if you come to an interview not knowing anything about the company, the values or the goals etc. it gives off an impression that you do not care or that your intentions are wrong. Knowing information about the company shows good initiative and proactiveness which is a skill that would serve good profit for any employee in any industry.
