Hi,I would definitely recommend gaining some relevant work experience, whether this is multiple weeks or even just a day. Having this shows you are putting yourself forward and out there into the industry. For degree apprenticeships, you don’t necessarily need A Levels either. Especially for engineering, often companies need qualifications equal to a level 3. This can include B-Techs or other college course. However, I would recommend A-Levels as the first year often recaps lots of A-Level material. Hope this helps, happy to answer any further questions!
