Good morning,
I would like the opinions from employers regarding the importance and value of gaining an English GCSE qualification. How could a person in your organisation use their qualification to their advantage in a working environment. Why is it useful to have?
Many thanks!

Hi John,
To participate in a Level 3+ Apprenticeship, the students must have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, unless the employer is willing to put them through the additional training in order for them to show that they are competent in these areas.
Therefore, lots of employers do require the GCSE Grades in order to submit an application.
I hope this is helpful.
