How competitive is the application process

Hi MC, Apprenticeships year after year are getting more popular and so with that of course it's going to be more competitive but understand that there are still apprenticeship available. The importance stands in how you personalise your cover letter, cv and any questions that they may ask you on the application. Seeing rejection emails from apprenticeships you applied for can be demotivating, especially when you thought you were a definitely going to get it, you start day dreaming about your day to day life working there - we've all been there. The motivation for me was understanding that every no just brought me closer to my yes and I couldn't get tired, that was mentally but practically after every no, I would improve. Improve how?
